Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced CRM & Marketing Automation Consultant to join our growing team in Padua.

Role responsibilities:

• Understand and communicate business requirements, goals and project success criteria;
• Sell ideas to customers and clearly communicate advantages for their business;
• Conduct meetings and prepare business process documentation and process flows;
• Participate in complete pre-sales and implementation processes as the SME “subject matter expert” for CRM;
• Research and provide technical solution to meet business needs;
• Participate in platform enhancements;
• Work closely with different internal teams and other parties to implement a dynamic and personalised email strategy that will look to engage customers across varying stages of the journey

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, products and functionality;
• Ability to translate the requirements into successful projects;
• Demonstrated consulting and customer service skills;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate on a technical and project management level;
• Previous experience with Salesforce or Shopify implementations would be an advantage;
• Salesforce administrator or consultant certification would be a plus;
